Hello, my name is Rachel Wiley. When I came to Escarosa for the WT program I had no idea how it was going to go but I had the faith and will to go for it.
I came to the program because I needed guidance on how to be more self-sufficient and help with childcare so that I could do more for my son and myself. I have only been a part of the program for a short period of time and I got a wonderful caseworker Mrs. Parker.
From the beginning she was patient with me and gave me tools such as referrals for daycare with ELC, job list, websites and appointment agencies. She even gave me a referral to Golden Arc Homecare to help me with wanting to get back into the medical field, as well as meaningful advice.
On top of some of the resources I received was transition incentives which helped more than I could ever ask for, since l have entered the program it’s been a little easier for me to breathe and to get on the right path to my success.
I am forever grateful and thankful for everything I have received and all the help with getting me to where I want to be not only for my son but for myself. I know with the WT program I succeeded and feel l ‘m still succeeding and will never forget how much this has helped.
