Mr. Kirk Fondren is a United States Armed Forces Veteran who was seeking part time employment and expressed an interest in working as a shuttle/courtesy driver.
With the assistance of LVER Amir Zandi-Karimi, we began researching employment opportunities in the local area with local medical facilities (Baptist Healthcare/Sacred Heart/Veterans Administration Hospital) and provided Mr. Fondren several job leads.
Mr. Fondren was assisted with completing several online applications with his new resume and as a result he was contacted by a representative of Cox Automotive for a position with Manheim Automotive Auctions and Sacred Heart for a Courtesy Driver position.
After much consideration and his newly acquired interview skills, he was offered a position and has completed the new hire process with Manheim Auto Auctions and began work on Februray 19th.
