Staffing Connection and KTN USA partnered and hired 55 employees over several weeks with the help of Alan and his team’s partnership at CSE. Alan set up interview rooms for us once a week over about 12 weeks. Most of the associates we gained during this time were pre-screened with exact interview times, however, Alan brought us several other candidates from the Career center floor, that were there for other reasons and we were able to hire a few of those as well. We are proudest of one particular individual who has now completed his temporary assignment with us and works full time, permanently with the KTN Plant, who was one of those non-interview candidates that Alan brought to us. He has become a true success story for us to compel other candidates from the career center to apply and interview.
