CareerSource Escarosa is pleased to recognize the CIL Disability Resource Center as one of our Employers of the Year for their continued for the Welfare Transition Program (WTP). Not only do they hire numerous participants from our Welfare Transition Program, but they do an unbelievable job mentoring and developing our participants to ensure they are job ready. The staff provides frequent feedback and encouragement to the participants to help ensure their success. Their Staff’s leadership, training and, team building skills exceed expectations and have resulted in numerous success stories from our participants.
