Cliff Krut, Executive Director

Cliff Krut previously served as the economic development representative for Gulf Power Company and has been involved in workforce and economic development activities throughout northwest Florida since 1995.

He works closely with state, regional and local economic development agencies, chambers, and business leaders to attract and retain businesses in the region.  Prior to Cliff’s role at Gulf Power, he served as the Director of Workforce and Economic Development for Pensacola State College and at the Pensacola Area Chamber of Commerce where he did military base retention and economic development work.

He also serves as the Northwest Florida regional director for the Florida Economic Development Council and is an active alumnus of Leadership Santa Rosa where he serves as a class facilitator.  Cliff completed a successful career in the U.S. Navy, retiring as a Senior Chief Petty Officer.

Katherine Karshna, Chief Operating Officer

Katherine Karshna joined CareerSource Escarosa as Director of Career Centers in August 2006, and was promoted to Assistant Director in July 2008. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science, Journalism and Sociology from Lakeland College in Wisconsin, and attended graduate school at the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh studying Public Administration. Prior to joining CareerSource Escarosa, she was the Grants Division Manager for Great Lakes Training and Development Corporation for 10 years, where her responsibilities included managing two large Wisconsin Job Centers.

Eric Flora, DEO Jobs & Benefits Administrator

As the DEO Jobs & Benefits Administrator, Eric has been a member of CareerSource Escarosa’s team since 2008, providing human resource and workforce solutions to area employers and job seekers. He has represented our region as a State DEO Business Liaison, served as our region’s representative to DEO for coordination of all REACT/Rapid Response events, and partnered with Economic Development Councils to promote the areas workforce climate. Eric holds a Bachelor’s Degree in World Trade and Commerce from the University of Buffalo in New York.
